College applications take months, not one sitting. Ongoing advising gives students regular calls to keep the work moving and feedback on drafts while there’s still time to make real changes.

Essential Advising

$149/month

Four months of support from August through November of senior year, covering the college list, essays, and a final review before submitting.

Support on all four UC Personal Insight Questions, from choosing prompts to a final read.

  • A 30-minute kickoff call to choose prompts and brainstorm
  • Two rounds of written feedback on each of your four PIQs
  • A final read for clarity and the 350-word limit

  • Four PIQs, two feedback rounds each
  • Comments only, with no edits made to your text

Policies

What applies to every service

Students write their own work

Feedback is given as comments and questions. I don’t write, rewrite, or generate essay text, and I don’t log in to any application account. Students make every change themselves.

No admission guarantees

Admission decisions are made by colleges. I can’t promise or predict any outcome, and prices are never tied to results.

Parents and guardians

For students under 18, a parent or guardian signs the service agreement and handles payment. Parents are copied on scheduling and are welcome to join any call.

Payment and refunds

One-time services are paid in full before work starts. Monthly plans are invoiced at the start of each month and never renew automatically, so you can stop at any time. You get a full refund if you cancel before work starts. After the first round of feedback is delivered, payments aren’t refundable.

Turnaround and rescheduling

Written feedback is returned within 1 to 3 business days of receiving a complete draft. Calls can be rescheduled at no cost with 24 hours’ notice, and everyone gets one grace no-show per month or package.

Privacy

Drafts are shared through a private folder only the student, parent or guardian, and I can access. See thePrivacy Policy for details.

Online payment isn’t available yet. After your consultation, you’ll receive the agreement and payment details by email.
